Arrived late, 37 days after shipment due to an error made by the Swedish post operator Postnord. The CN customs declaration was correct, CN 970400 declared (collector’s item, stamp), but Postnord had typed 970440, which does not exist, and therefore the customs cost became 100 SEK (9.5 USD), because erroneous CN numbers are always handled as restricted goods which are manually inspected. The seller did everything right, eBay did everything right, Postnord did everything wrong, as they do mostly.
