Washed per instructions & some of the gold lettering has come off. Washed with light colours - if it had been my washing technique all of the lettering would have come off. Disgusted by the lack of customer service - expecting me to pay for return postage when I received a faulty item! I'm not even sure this is genuine Barbour - the quality is not what I'd expect from Barbour tbh. Avoid this seller who appears to be selling counterfeit goods & then not willing to sort out. Very unhappy customer
