Item, an amplifier, was mostly well-packed and came in very quickly. Description of item not quite accurate. It was noted as being functional, but there were problems with the amplifier that were not noted in the description (i.e. a bent power cord, scratching/distorted knobs). Overall I am pleased with the service but would have appreciated more transparency/accuracy regarding the state of the item.
