No communication from seller at all, despite communicating my concerns around discrepancy between expected dates of delivery and the fact that no delivery had yet occurred. A simple acknowledgement would have been appreciated. However, despite the tumbleweed moments, the item (travel bag) has arrived and is as shown and described. So I'm happy with the bag but slightly frustrated by the absence of customer care or consideration shown by the seller.
