I have contacted the seller for a refund and they have refused to assist on a refund due to the fact they failed to disclose a damaged arm on this Roseville wall pocket. Their photo angles specifically hid the damage from the listing. The damage is not new and caused in shipping. You can tell new damage from old oxidized damage. Imho the seller has attempted predatory selling practices and when confronted has decided not to resolve the issue honestly. I will contact eBay and my credit card co.
