BEWARE: CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! They take days to respond and when they do, they are no help, you’re on your own. I had an issue with macOS not booting up when I first turned it on and a few days later when they finally responded they tried to say I manipulated it. WTF? I had to spend hours on forums trying to figure it out which I finally did. Hopefully I won’t experience anymore issues in the future. BTW, no use trying to make an offer, they never reply.
