Ordered parts they arrived as should but needed to return them. Sent return package thru usps and it got lost so seller contacted ebay and wouldn’t issue a refund.

Hello, yes we did not get the item back so we called ebay to ask for help and they said not to refund since we did not get item back and that the buyer (you) should just make a US postal claim for missing item you sent and you will get your refund that way. I hope you understand..we cannot refund for items not returned. Regards
