Arrived quickly. Extremely well packaged. This item appears to be working well. I did request a partial refund as the remote was non functional due to battery leakage. Some functions are only possible via the remote, thus one has limited control. I never got a response, thus very poor communication. It is lucky that the rest of the system works well, or otherwise I would have returned. So this charity is not responsive to emails/messaging.
