    Working with seller. I sent very positive message same day received. Loved it. However same day pearl was gone. Didn’t last a full day. Found pearl in my carpet, took pictures as requested. Waiting to see if I have to get info to return item for full refund or if picture is not enough evidence. Handicapped and so hard to get to UPS to return item, and once received, I was happy with purchase, i threw away return info. Lesson learned.😨
