      Seller canceled order do to their obligation to pay duties on the item and they didn’t want to declare the item and pay the import tariff. They agreed to sell and unilaterally rescinded the offer after payment and acceptance. The tariff is the cost of them doing business and there profit margin is not my issue. The tariff was announced for months and not a surprise to anyone.
