Received the item fairly quickly however the screen was so slow, using android auto on it was OK but playing music sounded like every second it was buffering same with use of the sat nav. The customer service response time is 24 hours later. However the seller will only give a refund if you leave a good reveiw. All of the good reveiws on this seller is customers would only receive a refund if they left good feedback don't fall it. Buy a proper android screen from reputable company's instead
