I attempted to contact the seller by message 4 days ago because the machine does not work unless the top is held down due to a defective safety switch in the lid. The seller did not respond. The manufacturer recommended that I return it to the seller but he does not accept returns. I believe the reason it was an open box return is because of the defective switch. I would not trust this seller again!
