Hi there! Herbman says that there are many causes to nighttime urination. Inflammation in the bladder, UTI, coffee, energy drinks, hot chili peppers, hot spices. Those should definitely be removed FIRST from your diet. Then when you make the tea, make it stronger. Add a tablespoon or two instead of just a teaspoon. Also, unlike medication, these natural remedies may take time; several weeks and months. Try these changes and message us if you need more assistants. Thank you!

thanks, drink a full 10 to 12 oz glass warm in the AM on an empty stomach, and it will flush out your kidneys and bladder, and make you urinate more, in the day. only slowly it will reduce nighttime urination. It can take a few bags for the tea to resolve the issue. To just stop the nighttime urination, then better to also take BLADDER CONTROL TEA at night for best results.
