item had to be returned back to the seller..
i tried to set up the device and was not allowed to because the device was and currently registered to the last owner of the subscription on the device...
device needed to be returned back to Hero because if not , the original subscription that the device was registered to would be charged $1500 for not returning the device back to Hero. Hero said it was in the Fine Print of the Contract and also informed me that the device would not work.
