Item was well packaged, but the term slight wear didn't justify how scratched and out of shape the box was. Brand new sealed was in the description, but the batteries had been removed, which requires unscrewing and the ties that held the figure in place were replaced incorrectly. Also the photo's used were stock and not actual photos, but that's on me. I am happy with the figure and there was a reduction in price, just think the description wasn't quite accurate

What a fabulous store for a collector. They had a very rare set I was looking for, was happy to negotiate on price and then arrange delivery. Was concerned when tracking went wrong but they instantly answered and told me they had arranged a better more cost effective delivery service... True Customer Services..
