Seller states item was lost by courier one week after purchasing. Asked if I would like another and said there would be a 2 day wait as it was on back order. By then, patient had mailed the order. I asked for a refund as this was needed for a gift and it was so late. Seller refunded and then turned the shipment around to return to them. They need to be honest and not treat their potential customers as though they are stupid.
