Item as described, not sure the quality was worth the price, wisteria petals are not soft and silky, more rigid and papery, stems are very plasticy and required a lot of unbending to achieve the wisteria flower straight drop. Not as many flowers or foliage as expected, quite sparse. Lights work as expected, solar seems to be charging well.
