My wife tells me it is errie how big of a difference it makes with my snoring and breathing and even though I was not used to sleeping with a mouth guard. I'm no falling asleep at my desk every day. The Seller said it would ship in 6 days but shipped in 18. I got what I ordered and ordered more but if they just said it will take a month then I would expect it then not sooner
