Sorry to hear you are unhappy with the condition of your item however the white marker you are referring to is our signature mark we place on all our items we sell incase of fraudulent returns. We only marked the back of the item where the fitting is placed so you wont see it once fitted onto the vehicle. You purchased a used part not brand new, you can clean a little dust. We accepted your return and refunded your full amount there's no need to call anyone dodgy.
