This purchase has been a regrettable experience. I waited weeks to get the printhead and after getting it and installing it into the printer it was a total bust. The printhead is totally clogged and after multiple printer head clean cycles it won’t print out anything on paper. It’s been a complete failure. The item was listed as new but didn’t function at all.
