The Inquisition sends two monks after the heretical monks who will try to bring them back to Spain to be judged and burned at the stake. While Daniel of Ecija and his companions flee through Europe, Casiodoro de Reina starts to develop the idea of translating the Bible into Spanish, but Philip II's spies are everywhere and are very interested in the book not being published. There was a time when books could change the world, shake up the strongest powers, and change history forever.
