Direct tv could not find the serial number in their data base. Hours on the phone with them. Recommend not to buy these types of electronics from sellers. Got no response for money back. My error cost me.

Unfortunately, I have nothing to do with DirecTV or serial numbers. I didnt receive any communications about this and would have worked with the buyer to reach a solution.
