This item was nothing like the it was described or looked. I know that the fibers have to be unfolded by shake the wig or sprinkle the wig to separate the fibers. But the on this wig is nothing like the wig appears. I purposely asked this question prior to purchasing the wig and was advised I just had to separate the fibers. Well as I stated it NOTHING like the picture and the color also is nothing like the picture. The wig is gray hair! I am so upset over this because I was lied to.
