The item was received in almost the same condition as described. The filter thread has a dent in it. I’m not sure if that was due to shipping or not since it arrived in a paper mailer. It was bubble wrapped and the elements are fine, but it was a little worrisome to see that is what it was shipped in. Other than that, everything else seems to work great and I am super happy with it.
