The vendor didn't have the item to send. Instead of cancelling my order & issuing a refund right away, I was made to wait 2 days. After inquiring about the delay, I got sent a completely different item instead of a cancel/refund. I got refunded in the end alright, but I'm out $5 for the shipping box & an hour of my time, which in total cost me at least $25 (CA $20/hr min wage). I ended up buying it on Amazon for $45.45 a week later. One more nightmare vendor like this & I'm off ebay FOR GOOD!!!
