The battery backup portion doesn't work. I understand it's used but it won't work as intended if the power goes out. I tried resetting the system and still the same issue. I had to order a new one from a different vendor and the issue has been resolved. I knew there was no refund before purchase so I didn't even bother contacting the seller. Better to buy new if considering purchase.
