My order was cancelled almost as soon as it was paid for and I received full credit. Very disappointed that the seller does not ship to Canada. This was not evident on the e-bay.ca web site. There was no mention of not shipping to Canada.

I was shocked by this negitive feedback. As all our auctions make perfectly clear in bold print, on the second line of description, "WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES". We have always taken pride in being completely honest for over 21 years of selling on eBay with 100% feedback. We communicated to the buyer and they were determined to stay firm and stick by their feedback. We are truly saddened by this.
