Corner-bumping, edgewear, spotting, smudging, cloth loss (especially on spine of 2 oldest books), etc., on titles, with ex-library book, Unto This Last, in worst condition (white call no. inked on front board, extensive library additions & markings throughout, much pencil underlining on text pages). As far as I could tell, no clipped or missing pages in any of books, all of which have age-toned/darkened pages, with some corner bends, spotting, smudging, staining, small tears, wrinkling/rippling, etc., here & there. Illustrated fairy tale, The King of the Golden River, in fine shape, with all b/w images intact. Names or former owners written in 3 books, one of which, Sesame & Lilies, also has bookplate on front pastedown (this title also has some underlining in red as well as graphite). No musty or smoky odor to books. Note that I did not look closely at every page in books & may have missed some major flaw or damage.”
