Item described well, really please with coffee maker. Difficult item to send as the glass carafes are very delicate. Came very well packed with fragile tapes on the box. Delivery though was terrible. Parcelforce said it was coming mon/tue. Then they said monday before 9pm. Then they said Mon/tues. Then Wednesday. So annoying waiting in for it. Still given high star rating as none of this was the sellers fault, royal mail are very behind private delivery companies in so far as tracking details.
