Box arrived with no damage, I opened the box and dishes were packaged with cardboard envelopes and very little plastic so all the dinner plates a platter and several cups were broken. I contacted seller they said it was shippings fault not theirs. So was only willing to refund winning bid of .99 shipping cost was almost $76. So seller wasn’t really willing to make it right for all the broken dishes
