I bought these because they were advertised with verified 30-day refunds. I wanted to be able to return them easily if they didn’t fit. The seller did not make it easy. When I submitted the refund, the seller messaged: “that is fully your fault for buying then. they are as described.” When I said why I was returning, the seller continued to be rude and blame me for not knowing my size.
The shipping was fast but the seller didn’t put my name on the label which made it challenging to receive.

you didnt make a return request until a month after you got the shoes. I gave the refund directly after ebay allowed me to. nothing about it was hard. also the name on the label was exactly what you provided me. I received the shoes more used than before with minor seperation.....
