TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! BAIT AND SWITCH!! Do not buy from this vendor!! I purchased a hat and it arrived in a plastic bag, completely smashed and unwearable. I contacted the vendor and they gave me two options. They told me to pay more money so they can ship it in a box or, a partial refund. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ship the item to the customer in the condition it is advertised. Customers should not have to pay extra to receive the item.
