A good starting place, but don’t expect to ‘teach’ yourself throws from it, unless you know a core amount to begin. Interesting to see IA’s interpretations of kata/bunkai and useful to compare with what has been available for sometime, even in translations of GF’s old/early texts there is similar detail. A good basis for comparison with JuiJitsu and aiki throwing, and an opportunity to start practicing an all too often ignored core part of karate. Best price I found and fast deliver
