First I ordered the dress then I had to ask about the dress when it was going to ship and then I got told the dress was ruined! To me that’s something you should check before putting it up for sale

Sir / Madam, really sorry for the inconvenience. The dress was in good condition, its my own wedding dress. I kept in a seal tied bag, and after your order when i was taking in out the dress got damaged by my sissor.. it was a big loss for me.. coz its a important dress for me too. Sorry again for your inconvenience. I care for all my packages. I will make sure something like this will not happen here after. Yet this dress is not in good condition after the damage. its was an unexpected insident
