Not impressed in the least, After request for a refund seller wants me to wait 14days because there's apparently issue at her local sorting hub. No point saying so now if I was given heads up before I'd not bothered.
All in all a terrible experience I wish I'd never entered into how anyone is expected to just wait endlessly with No updates Or notifications.
I visited my elderly mother And suddenly I get a message for delivery attempted,I was never notified of the delivery.

You messaged 4 days after buying the jacket and was very rude to me i explained that i couldn't give you a refund as the parcel was still in transit and would of had to wait 14 days if the parcel didn't arrive so i could get a refund from royal mail as if the jacket turned up which it did after 5 days (a weekend and bank holiday) i wouldn't of been able to get a refund from the postal service. KNOW HOW THE WORLD WORKS BEFORE YOU BUY STUFF
