Fraudulent seller. Started claim with PayPal to get my money back. No communication, no product. Seller should be removed from eBay

I wish I could return the ring. It looks cheap and fake. I originally ordered 2 rings, and they gave me a refund because they said I had to pay $10 more because of the ring size. This is after 3 written contacts discussing size and shipping. I was really excited to be one of their first customers, to help them build their business. I would have given a 100% feedback if I could return the ring because that would be good customer service. Looks like the 1st 4 customers tells ya it all
