The pots were exactly what I was looking for, but two of them were broken at the bottom, I think this was probably from the shipping box chosen. Shipping was free but took the full 10 business days, and when the package hadn’t moved for 5 business days and I messaged, there was no response. The label was printed right away but then it wasn’t delivered to the carrier .I love these pots for my tropical plants to keep my eye on the roots, but overall customer service from this seller was sub par.
