    This item was not sent broken. The damage was done during the shipment phase. I did reach out to the buyer however no luck in response. Unfortunately I can not control how couriers choose to handle items, despite them being well packed and having fragile tape when appropriate, they do sometimes not make it in the same condition I send them in. Collection of items is always welcomed to avoid this risk.
