I had to ask for a refund because I never received my item. It was only when I requested a refund that I was informed the item was lost but the tracking was showing that it was waiting for pick up in Rosedale, NY for a week. I just think.that the.merchant should keep up with items shipped as well to be able to contact consumers when they realize there is an issue. It felt like once the item was out of the merchant's hand they are no longer concern...out of sight, out of mind.
