Item arrived DAMAGED after a long wait. Was very disappointed as it was a beautiful piece, AND very expensive. The piece itself was in the orinal box wrapped with papertowels and then bubble wrap. The delicate flower stem had broken during shipment. Had it been protected in the original foam shaped packing box, it would have been protected from shipping damage. The seller(Steve) was notified and his reply was that it should be easy to repair. No offer of a refund of any kind. No integrity.
