This is the second time I have used Direct Vacuums the first time I bought a reconditioned Vacuum, this time I bought a reconditioned vax carpet cleaner, and although I haven't used the carpet cleaner yet. Once I had made it up, it looked almost like a brand new cleaner. So it was exactly as described It came in a sturdy well packaged box, delivery was very quick and the price was very good at less than half the price of a new one. I would definitely recommend Direct Vacuums .
