It ONLY took him 10 days to put it in the mail after I purchased the item...Which was a standard envelope item and could have been popped in the mail at any time with absolutely no prep needed...On top of me asking about the item and never bothered to reply...It was only then it got mailed...It wasn't an item that I had to have asap, but should handle his customers better than that, regardless of how little or much someone spent...
