Even though I was told after ordering that the item had been sent, I asked for tracking information AFTER it was supposed to arrive, and when getting that, I could see that the package hadn't been sent until I asked for that! Had I not asked for the tracking info, would it have ever been sent at all? I also had trouble with getting it delivered, but that is not the sellers fault, that falls purely on the local postal service. The item did eventually arrive.
