For one, the shipping rate was crazy...10.00 for a tiny tube of sunscreen, that came in tissue paper and NOT an actual package. Two, the product was outdated by almost a year!!!! I tried to contact the seller about getting a replacement product that was not outdated, and guess what? No response!! I am going to request a refund from eBay!!

I really, really like the look of this hat. Until it comes to the back. It just doesn't fit correctly. The fabric around the cut out kinda folds out no matter what i do. I'm not sure if it got stretched at one time or what. Never seen a polo hat like it though so im still researching ways to correct the issue. It did arrive quickly and was well wrapped. I'll figure it out 😉
