My purchase was made and paid for on May 23, 2024. It was delivered to a location 65 miles away from my shipping address to an address unkown to me in Overland Park Kansas. When I contacted seller, I was promised a reply in 24 to 48 hours. It's been six days since and I still don't have my purchase or a reply as to where my purchase is, or what action is being taken.

this order has been a nightmare. when ordered, i thought it was coming from 2-300 miles away. it came from over 3000 miles away. the delivery date changed 3/4 times, THEN, it was delivered to an address that's not mine.

This vendor sent the product to the wrong address. Their shipping department must have put someone else's address on the package. After communicating with the vendor i was told the cost was refunded to my account but, after almost two weeks it has not shown up. i have notified E-Bay but they will not refund it until June 7th. and the vendor has not responded to follow-up communication, i would not recommend purchasing anything from this vendor -- in my opinion they are untrust worthy.
