this was not the item received, seller states that she noticed damage to top when she started to mail it, there were only two items available for me to choose from in my size other than the top I had BOUGHT. Worn over washed over piece type sweater. Bad odor, very unhappy with this seller. She should have refunded me my money instead, after all, I entrusted that her observance of top was good and replacement item was as good as the top I had paid for and I shouldn't have had to pay for shipping

Very confused! This buyer has left many negative feedbacks for sellers. One item she won was damaged due to a water leak in our storage area from a recent storm. I offered her another item of her choice that was listed or a full refund. She chose another item. There was no communication at all when the item was received and if it was as bad as she describes she could have returned it at no cost. Had she contacted me when she received it I'm sure we could have come to an amicable resolution.
