I got married in this dress and it's absolutely gorgeous. It fits quite snugly and stresses one's body shape. It seems quite well-made as far as the embroidery goes, although after a day's wear, some threads have come loose (which is to be expected as we were sitting on sort of rough wooden furniture that would tug on it a bit).
The material is nylon. It feels soft, yet sturdy. I do have to say I felt a bit hot and sweated, but that may have been due to excitement. All in all a great dress.
