Items may be returned during the first 30 days after shipment, for credit as follows:

You Must Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning a Product.

Returns for Refunds: Subject to a 15%, or $15.00 restocking fee (whichever is greater) plus all shipping charges incurred by us (this includes products that shipping was included in the total price).
