Item was packed carelessly and suffered significant damage in shipping. Seller was unhelpful and did not initially offer any refund for the damages, instead blaming the shipping company itself and stating I should contact them for compensation instead. Seller only offered full refund if the item was returned in the original state , which was impossible as it had been damaged beyond repair.

The first thing you messaged me was "I want a refund" then tried to cover up your poor handling of a fragile product by telling me yourself "it was probably damaged in shipping" with pictures showing how I fully wrapped the package neatly. I tried to give you a refund and even offered to pay for your label but instead to came here. It is too bad no one will care and I will continue to make sales as I do my best and the other 99% of my feedback show that. I feel sorry for you.
