Great service but unfortunately I already bought one of these ballast and it was defective so I had to buy another one and seller basically did not want to help out in any way blamed the headlight said the seal was no good when in fact it's a brand new headlight

The ballast was not defective and you know this very well. You have seen with your eyes there was water in the ballast you took off the headlamp, and sent these photos yourself. How is that possible, people to lie on feedbacks. Unbelievable.

Item sold as Continental brand, but came in generic unsealed packaging, with no labels, stickers, prints, or stamped logos. Metal casting is of visibly lower quality than original, and electrical connections have a less secure fit.
